Where do you ship to?
We offer Free shipping for orders above $50 within the United States(Except. Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support at hello@petsocool.com
Due to ongoing restrictions, we are unable to ship to Russia and Belarus.
Once I place an order, how long does it usually take to arrive?
Since we work with multiple vendors, shipping time depends on each product’s brand. Check out the Shipping tab at the bottom of your selected product listing for product-specific information. And yes! Some of our brands allow expedited shipping.
Does my order ship in one package?
In order to get expedite your order from amazing vendors all over the world, in some cases you might receive your order in multiple packages. We will let you know during the shipping process if this is the case.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since we work with multiple vendors, return policies vary by brand.
Please keep in mind that personalized items or downloadables are not eligible for returns or exchanges from any brand except for merchant defects.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
You’ll get an email from us with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon, and PayPal.
Can coupon codes be combined?
Discount or promotional codes cannot be combined; however we will
always apply the better discount on your purchase.
How do I know my pet's size?
Since we work with multiple vendors, sizing will vary by brand. We have a size guide for each of our products! Check them out on each product size chart tab on individual listings.
Does Petso Cool only include product collections for dogs?
No. We plan to expand our line to our feline parents as well.
